SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Your order will be processed within one to two business days. We strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible!
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been processed and shipped we can no longer alter the address. You will be charged the standard shipping rate to resend. PO Box addresses are not allowed.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders and emailed right away so you are able to track your package.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock, but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. Items marked as PRE-ORDER will ship on their release date, which can be found in the description. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and mailed out as soon as the item is stocked in our warehouse. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.
